Greetings!
Anna and I have decided to play under the band/group name Taking Motion. Please visit www.TakingMotion.com for all up-to-date concert information and new music! Until further notice, that is the place to visit. 
We released our first offical Taking Motion recording called "Simple". You can download it for free at the Taking Motion site!

wow, so august is almost over. it's hard to believe the speed that summer's moving! it's also amazing to really look back at even the past week and realize all that's been done or has happened....
can you believe i have more news already? here's some of it --
- more concerts posted! yep, just got two more solidified this past week. check 'em out. september is packed!
- i should never give a deadline for recordings... with studio work and such, taking the time to record our own stuff's been a bit deferred. thankfully we only have vocals, a little percussion and mixing to complete it. heh, but we only did guitars so far anyway! ;)
- oh man, i can't remember the other thing... oh well, i love using midi. it is cool. but that's not what i wanted to say... guess it's bed time!

Jeremy, now in his mid-20s, has been writing music since elementary school. It started out as the undisciplined doodling instead of practicing for piano lessons. In his early teens this proceeded to writing electronic music ranging from techno to electronica to industrial to rock (and even some cheesy video game music). Then in 9th grade he picked up guitar which became his favorite musical device. Since then he has performed in a broad range of musical settings including: alternative 90s rock bands, as a solo acoustic artist, various college worship teams, and an energetic indie rock band. Lately he's taken his focus to the acoustic realm as a singer-songwriting, still providing quality songs, unconventional lyrics, and melodies that his friends want to sing along with. He brings an accessible set of tunes to the table. You can relax and enjoy, but also take something home to think about.
